The teflon coated heating platen of the 380mm x 380mm ACS-2 uses a special precise winding tube technique, guaranteeing even and stable temperature.

The heat press has a floating heat platen which is easy to lock down and easy to open for less operator fatigue

Temperature and time are digitally controlled providing precise operational control.

The digital control panel updates the temperature readings from the heat platen sensor, in real time. When the electronic timer reaches the preset time a buzzer will sound guaranteeing consistent results.

 

The LCD panel has a memory recall function. When the heat press is powered up, the panel remembers and automatically operates under previous setting parameters.

 

By turning the "over the centre" adjustable pressure adjusting knob, pressure can be easily changed.

 

The double spring bumper effectively buffers the pressing impaction and evenly spreads the pressure out.
